Using Our Website
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, copying it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to use our services.
Wellness Information Only
Everything on this website, in our emails, and in our free resources is for general education and inspiration. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient or other professional relationship. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Free Resources
When you request a free resource such as the 5-Day Nutrition Reset, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own wellness. Please do not resell, republish, or distribute it. By requesting a free resource, you also agree to receive our emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Coaching & Purchases
Our 12-week coaching program, The Back To You System™, is offered for a program fee of $1,997. Enrollment, payment, refunds, rescheduling, and all other program-specific terms are governed by the separate Program Terms & Conditions, which you agree to when you enroll. If those Program Terms conflict with these Terms, the Program Terms control for that program.
Free discovery calls booked through Calendly are informational conversations. Booking a call does not create an obligation to purchase anything. Please give us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
LifeWave Products & the Brand Partner Opportunity
We are independent LifeWave Brand Partners, not employees of LifeWave. LifeWave products are sold and shipped by LifeWave, and all orders, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled under LifeWave’s own policies. Joining LifeWave as a Brand Partner is subject to LifeWave’s agreements and policies. We may earn commissions on purchases and enrollments made through our links.
